We are now hiring a seasoned inside sales professional to convert opportunity into revenue. This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who knows how to close. Why This Role Is Different

• Converting inbound inquiries into booked revenue.
• Delivering accurate, confident pricing and service consultations.
• Managing contracts, deposits, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinating logistics with operations to ensure seamless service.
• Maintaining high close ratios and strong client satisfaction scores.
• Following structured sales process and performance metrics. This is a metrics-driven environment. Top performers thrive here.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of proven inside phone sales experience
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Confident closing skills with strong objection handling ability and competitor quotes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Professional communicator with executive presence

Compensation

& Schedule

• Full-time: MondayFriday | 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturday (1 every 3 weeks)
• Base salary + performance-based commission
