Retail Sales Assistant (In-Store) Full-Time | In-Person Role | Chicago Entry Level - No Experience Needed - Immediate Hire! Their work helps provide critical support where it's needed most and this role helps make that possible. We're currently representing the company as they expand their in-store team in Chicago and are looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join as Retail Sales Assistants. About the Opportunity This is an in-store, face-to-face role based within busy retail environments where you'll speak directly with members of the public about humanitarian initiatives that provide vital medical support around the world. You'll represent respected international charities and help customers understand how their support contributes to initiatives such as:

• Emergency surgeries in crisis zones
• Mobile medical units serving remote communities
• Vaccination and disease prevention programmes
• Maternal healthcare and child protection services
• Rapid medical response during natural disasters and humanitarian emergencies The role focuses on professional, informative conversations that raise awareness and inspire people to support meaningful causes. The Role As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll interact with customers in a busy retail setting, helping them learn more about the humanitarian programmes being supported and guiding them through the process of becoming a supporter. Daily activities typically include:
• Engaging shoppers in friendly, professional conversations within the store
• Explaining how humanitarian medical programmes operate and how support helps fund them
• Answering questions and providing clear, accurate information about each initiative
• Helping supporters complete a simple registration process
• Working toward individual and team performance targets
• Contributing to a positive, supportive in-store team environment This position is centred around genuine conversations and clear communication. What You'll Earn Average weekly earnings of $900, paid weekly Weekly pay structure including base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
