Whitewater Roofing & Restoration | Triad Area, NC 1099 | 10% Uncapped Commission | Training Provided | Leadership Opportunity Whitewater Roofing & Restoration is growing throughout the Triad, and we're looking for motivated sales professionals who want strong income potential, independence, and the opportunity to grow with a local company. Roofing experience is not required. We're open to candidates with experience in automotive sales, home improvement, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, pest control, solar, or other performance-based sales environments. We'll provide training on roof inspections, storm damage, Owens Corning roofing systems, insurance-related projects, and our sales process. You bring the communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to consistently generate and follow up with opportunities. What We Offer

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Inspect residential roofs after completing company training
• Educate homeowners about roofing options and the project process
• Present proposals and close roofing projects
• Assist homeowners with insurance-related projects when applicable
• Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and customers
• Manage customers from the initial inspection through project completion
• Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, inspections, and sales activity
• Represent Whitewater Roofing & Restoration professionally in the community What We're Looking For
• Previous sales experience
• Roofing or home-improvement experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable generating your own leads
• Willingness to learn roofing and perform residential roof inspections
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely access residential roofs
