What You'll Do

Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and outbound sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Cross-sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products. Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the agency's overall success. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills. Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
