Job Summary

Duties

• Actively prospect new clients through door-to-door outreach, community events, and networking to generate leads and expand market presence
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records
• Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding client requirements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives and increase brand awareness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially within waste or recycling services.
• Strong background in marketing strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse client bases effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to conduct door-to-door sales campaigns confidently and professionally
• Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to waste and disposal solutions, including recycling is desirable.
