Silverfern Senior Living located in Sharonville, Ohio, is searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing for our 52-unit Assisted Living and 139-unit Independent Living facility. Ideal candidate would possess a proven track record related to census growth, business development, admission activities, marketing functions, and the proven ability to build and lead teams, as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual. Silverfern Senior Living is currently in search of a dynamic skilled individual to fill the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, to work alongside a team member in a dual role. The DSM will oversee and lead Business Development efforts for the Assisted and Independent Living. Job

Responsibilities

Include (but are not limited to):

• Act as liaison between the company and the outside referral sources.
• Work with local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities
• Ensure facility's participation in industry trade shows and community educational activities as appropriate.
• Assist in development of strategies to maximize referrals and admissions
