Full-Time | In-Person | Knoxville, TN | Paid Training | Hiring Immediately TechWave Ventures Inc. is growing and is currently hiring full-time Entry- Level Sales Representatives to join our Knoxville team. No previous sales experience is requiredwe provide paid, hands-on training from your first day. This is a full-time, in-person position representing nationally recognized brands in the technology, telecommunications, and energy industries. • Weekly pay ($600-$1,000 based on base pay and performance)
• Uncapped performance-based commissions

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to discuss products and services
• Represent nationally recognized brands professionally
• Assist customers with product selection, enrollment, and account setup
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications

• Full-time availability
• This is an in-person position (not remote or hybrid)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Knoxville area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Must be authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, sales, athletics, or military service is helpful but not required.
