Qualifications

:

• 6 months - 1+ years' experience in high-end sales/customer service.
• Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, hospitality, and or equivalent
• Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required; valid driver's license preferred for travel between properties Essential

Responsibilities

of the New Home Sales Assistant:

• Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
• Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
• Escorting prospective buyers through model and inventory homes while highlighting key features and benefits.
• Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers' likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers Physical

Requirements

:

• Prolonged standing with occasional sitting and computer use.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
