Illumane, Inc., a sales and development firm, is hiring an AT&T; Representative to support customers throughout the Greensboro area. In this role, the AT&T; Representative will meet directly with residents to introduce AT&T; Fiber services, answer questions, and help customers explore internet options that fit their household needs. The AT&T; Representative focuses on creating a positive customer experience through clear communication, professionalism, and reliable support during the enrollment process. This is a full-time, in-person position with ongoing training and opportunities for growth. Role

Responsibilities

of the AT &T; Representative

• Connect with customers in the Lafayette area to introduce AT&T; Fiber services and promotions
• Explain internet and wireless options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Help customers compare plans and choose services that match their needs
• Assist with account setup, enrollments, and general service questions
• Provide a helpful and professional experience throughout customer interactions
• Keep accurate records and maintain daily activity tracking
• Work with team members and leadership for continued support and development Qualities of an AT &T; Representative
• Experience in cell phone sales is a must
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Interest in customer service, telecommunications, or sales
• Student mentality and willingness to grow Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
