We're looking for a motivated Sales Retention Specialist to help turn existing customer relationships into repeat business and long-term loyalty. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with past and current customers.
• Follow up with homeowners after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional remodeling services and upgrades.
• Schedule consultations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and followup activities in our CRM.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet retention, referral, and repeat sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer retention, customer service, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
