Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and career-minded professional to join our Cabin Owner Acquisitions team. The role we are hiring for will include a variety of tasks including developing referral networks with local real estate agents and other potential sources within the vacation rental industry, drafting customized letters to potential clients, calling cabin owners, systematically managing leads, setting appointments, meeting with prospective owners, and representing our company in a professional and collaborative manner in the community. Successful candidates will be strong communicators with excellent presentation skills with knowledge of the vacation rental industry, the ability to build strong long-term relationships with owners and is grounded in ethical business practices. Our ideal candidate is a highly detailed, energetic, and motivated individual with excellent communication and people skills, professionalism, and a heart for the hospitality industry. Experience in owner services within the local market is preferred. The Owner Acquisitions team is responsible for all facets of:

• Property Acquisitions
• Identify opportunities, planning and executing management portfolio growth
• Marketing mailouts and newsletters
• Working in conjunction with real estate agents for property information and revenue projections
• Providing information on our management program to prospective owners
• New property setup and onboarding
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with property owners through open and interactive communication
• Regularly update owners on the performance of their home, including reviews, maintenance & bookings.
• Reviewing monthly homeowner statements and expenses
• Reviewing property revenue for prospective owners with the assistance of our Revenue Manager
• Tracking property performance goals The role requires a variety of skills including:
