Role Description This is a full-time, on-site In-House Sales & Service Representative role based in Addison, IL. The In-House Sales & Service Representative will manage incoming sales and service inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners.

Responsibilities

include presenting collections to buyers, adding key units to existing accounts, opening new business, explaining product features, pricing, and availability, and processing purchase orders accurately in the company's systems. The role involves extensive customer service functions as well as proactive outreach to new and existing accounts, following up on leads, and supporting seasonal sales campaigns, promotions, attending trade and trunk shows, and setting market appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management abilities, including relationship-building, upselling, and handling objections professionally.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly and negotiate with retail buyers and wholesale clients.
• Solid organizational and administrative skills, including order entry, follow-up, and accurate record-keeping in CRM or sales systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment, with reliable time management and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in fashion, apparel, or retail/wholesale sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Addison, IL, travel to trunk shows and key trade shows.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order management tools); experience with wholesale platforms is a plus. Pay: $50,551.14 - $100,000.00 per year
