Generator Sales Specialist (100% Commission | $150K$300K+) Territory: Greater Chicagoland Area Company: Tri-State Water, Power & Air This Role Isn't for Everyone We're looking for a proven closer ready to take ownership of a high- opportunity territory. This is a 100% commission role for self-motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in a performance- driven environment. Top reps generate $1.5M$3M+ annually - earning $150K$300K+.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
• Conduct in-home consultations and close standby generator systems
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline What We're Looking For
• Proven success in high-ticket sales
• Driven, self-starter mindset
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable in a commission-only structure

Compensation

& Schedule

• 100% commission (uncapped)
• $150K$300K+ realistic earnings
• Field-based role with flexible schedule
