Responsibilities

:

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through networking, follow-up, and marketing
• Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience from first contact to close

Qualifications

:

• Active real estate license in Ohio and/or Kentucky, or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and basic marketing tools Why Join Us:
