Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Hyundai Experience: Warmly greet and consult with guests to understand their driving needs, lifestyle, and budget, guiding them toward the ideal Hyundai model.
• Become a Product Champion: Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the Hyundai lineup, including vehicle features, safety technology, warranty benefits (America's Best Warranty), and electric/hybrid powertrain options.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: Guide customers through the complete purchase journeyfrom initial contact and test drives to trade-in evaluations, presenting pricing, and completing delivery.
• Build Your Book of Business: Utilize our dealership CRM to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct Outbound Activity: Proactively generate leads through follow-up calls, email campaigns, and networking.
• Ensure Seamless Delivery: Introduce buyers to their new vehicles, ensuring all tech features (like Hyundai Digital Key, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and active safety suites) are configured and explained. What We Are Looking For
• Sales Drive: Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality (dealership experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right attitude!).
• Superb Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and active-listening skills. Ability to build rapport instantly.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable explaining modern automotive tech (infotainment, EV charging, driver-assist features) and utilizing CRM software.
• Strong Negotiation & Math Skills: Ability to discuss lease and finance options transparently and structure win-win deals.
• Professional Integrity: High ethical standards, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. What We Offer
