Sales Representative / Project Consultant A.O. Handy Inc. New Berlin, WI This is not an hourly sales job. This is a performance-based career opportunity with unlimited earning potential. A.O. Handy Inc. is a growing masonry restoration company specializing in residential and commercial masonry, chimney, and concrete work throughout Southeast Wisconsin. We are looking for a driven individual who can inspect properties, identify masonry issues, educate customers, and generate repair projects. You will operate as a project consultant and sales professional within a structured, growth-focused company.

• Meeting homeowners and property managers on-site
• Inspecting brick, block, chimneys, concrete, and structural masonry
• Identifying repair and restoration needs
• Taking photos and documenting findings using company software
• Explaining structural issues clearly and professionally
• Building trust and closing projects
• Coordinating with production crews to ensure job success
• Driving daily your company vehicle is your office You will work independently but within a clear system and structure.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving daily
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of navigation apps, Google, tablet and computer use
• Basic reading and math skills (measurements, contracts, payments)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented Construction, masonry, roofing, or exterior sales experience preferred but not required. We will train the right individual. You Should Apply If
