Acquisitions Manager Real Estate (High Commission + Profit Sharing) Earn $2,000 Per Contract + Profit Sharing Are you a closer who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and getting deals across the finish line? What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners who have requested information or are interested in selling their home.
• Build rapport and understand each seller's unique situation.
• Evaluate properties and present fair, win-win purchase offers.
• Negotiate contracts that benefit both the seller and the company.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth transaction from contract to closing.
• There is some after hours work required for this role. Hot leads often text and call on evenings and weekends, urgent deals sometimes need support or seller visits on evenings or weekends What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not requiredwe can teach the business. We can't teach hunger.

Compensation

• $2,000 for every signed purchase contract
• Profit sharing on closed deals
