Full description of the position

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Russian-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in an entry-level role focused on selling ELD (Electronic Logging Device) solutions. You'll be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, performing outbound cold calls, managing order processing, and supporting office operations. This is a hands-on opportunity with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and respond to inbound sales inquiries.
• Close deals with trucking companies and independent operators.
• Assist with order preparation, shipping logistics, and inventory tracking.
• Manage spreadsheets and other administrative office tasks.
• Occasionally visit current and potential clients in the Chicagoland area.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client communications.

Requirements

• Russian-speaking (fluent or conversational required).
• Familiarity with ELD systems or experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a major plus.
• Strong sales acumen with a closer mentality.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
