About Peak Financial Group Peak Financial Group is growing our Ann Arbor team, and we're looking for driven, coachable people who want to build a real career in life insurance sales. This is an entry-level opportunity with no experience required, but it is not a coast-and-collect job. It's for people who want to bet on themselves. We provide the training, tools, mentorship, and proven systems. You bring the work ethic. What you'll do: - Connect with families who have requested information about life insurance coverage - Guide clients through their options and help them protect what matters most - Follow our proven sales process and coaching (we train you from day one) - Build and grow your own book of business with the support of an experienced team What we're looking for: - Full-time commitment: this is a 40+ hour per week role for people who are all in - Comfort with commission: this position is 100% commission with no base salary. Earnings are uncapped and performance-based. Actual income varies widely based on effort, skill, licensing, and results, and there is no guaranteed income. - Licensed, or willing to get licensed: a state life insurance license is required to sell. If you're not licensed yet, we'll show you exactly how to get licensed, typically within about 30 days. Licensing costs are the responsibility of the agent. - Grit and coachability: when things get hard, you ask for coaching, adjust, and keep going. Quitting isn't your default. - Ready to start soon: ideally you can begin within the next few weeks.
