Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience - Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget - Utilize knowledge of jewelry trends and styles to make personalized recommendations - Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area - Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques

Requirements

: - Minimum 5 years experience in fine jewelry sales - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of retail math for pricing and transactions - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales - Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of merchandise - Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions Join our team as a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate and be part of a rewarding environment where your passion for jewelry and sales expertise can shine. Store hours; Tuesday - Friday 10am-5:30pm, Saturday 10am-3pm; Closed Sunday & Closed Monday. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
