ENTRY LEVEL SOLAR ENERGY CONSULTANT ZUNA SOLAR is hiring top notch consultants! This is an entry-level sales opportunity with weekly commission pay and uncapped commission potential. No experience is requiredwe teach you everything you need to succeed. As an Appointment Setter, your role is simple: connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for our Energy Consultants. You are not responsible for closing dealsyour focus is starting conversations and setting qualified appointments. Job Type:

• Full-time High Earning Potential:
• On target earnings: $80,000 - $200,000 a
• Commission based

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage in direct-to-consumer marketing by having face to face, door to door outreach
• Schedule an appointment with a solar energy expert
• Increase solar awareness and answer homeowner's basic questions regarding solar energ
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively

Qualifications

:

• Must have personal, reliable vehicle and smart phone
• No experience required we provide training
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Able to perform with minimal supervision
• Resourceful, able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
• Applicants must be 18 years or older Suggested/Recommended Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• 5-6 days a week
• Weekends as needed Physical

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Walk neighborhoods and stand for extended periods Ability to Relocate:
