• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to potential clients and candidates, presenting SearchAmerica services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their specific job skills and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
