As a Full Cycle Sales Professional at Gouin District, you are the architect of our customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging them through compelling phone and video conversations, and guiding them through the entire sales process. This role demands a proactive approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to master every stage of the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every prospect. Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct outreach via phone and video calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, building strong rapport and trust through effective communication.
• Present and demonstrate product/service value propositions tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and overcome objections to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to maximize results.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, structured around a strong commission-based compensation model. Top performers can expect to earn between $95,162 and $357,142 annually , reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income.
