The Role We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Consultative Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. In our low-pressure sales environment, your primary focus will be helping customers create their dream spaces in our outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor furniture departments. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and assist in our men's clothing department as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building and guiding customers through highly detailed, rewarding purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Guide customers through the complicated, multi-step sales processes for high-end items like custom fireplace doors and custom outdoor kitchens.
• In-Home Consultations: Occasionally travel to customers' homes to take precise measurements, assess the space, and help them visualize which products will work best for their outdoor living areas.
• Cross-Department Support: Provide friendly and helpful service in the men's clothing department when additional coverage is needed.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a low-pressure, welcoming environment, focusing on education and finding the right solutions rather than aggressive upselling.

Requirements

• A genuine love for retail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the patience to navigate complex, custom orders.
• Ability to visualize design concepts and accurately measure spaces for custom installations.
• A team-player mentality, willing to jump in and help across different departments when needed.
• Prior retail sales or design experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Schedule &

Compensation

• Work Week: 5 days per week.
• Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Days Off: Every Sunday, plus one additional day off during the week (Saturday availability is required).
