Key Responsibilities

:

• Build rapport with prospective and existing customers to offer best product solution(s) for the customer's unique needs
• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
• Provide excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update policies and coverage's as needed for customers
• Cross-sell other Allstate products and/or brokered products to existing customers(if applicable)
• Prospect and generate new business through telemarketing warm leads, referrals, networking, and cold leads
• Generate insurance quotes at high volumes
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
• Position Details:
• Base salary + commission
• Annual performance bonus
• Paid training and development

Requirements

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish) required.

• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty(P&C;) License in Illinois
• Good operational computing skill (i.e Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills

• Preferred, but not required for consideration:
