Responsibilities

• Learn our company's binding authority and under writing requirements.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate health, life, property, and business or casualty insurance policies that meet client requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and clear client communication throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales administration tasks using management systems and follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
• Stay informed on industry updates, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledgeincluding HIPAA compliance for health insuranceto deliver accurate advice.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Insurance Agent with knowledge of licensing requirements and ongoing compliance standards.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products as well as health, life, property, and casualty insurance lines.
• Proficiency in (Word, Word perfect, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate complex information clearly.
