Location: Burr Ridge, IL Company: Locke & Ladder The TL;DR: We are looking for a proven closer with actual home exteriors or roofing sales experience. If you do not have a track record of selling roofs, siding, or windows, please do not apply. You will be required to provide a portfolio or proof of past sales performance.

What You'll Do

:

• Run leads, inspect properties, and close home exterior projects (focusing on roofing).
• Navigate the insurance claims process with homeowners.
• Self-generate additional leads through strategic canvassing and networking.
• Manage the client relationship from the initial handshake to project completion. Strict

Requirements

:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct, verifiable sales experience in roofing or home exteriors.
• Proof: You must have a portfolio, "brag book," or verifiable numbers demonstrating your past sales success. We will ask to see this.
• Skills: Deep understanding of the roofing industry and/or insurance restoration claims.
• Drive: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged to get out in the field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $81,578.00 - $135,000.00 per year
