Our agency serves more than 15,000 insurance clients and specializes in helping the Hispanic community with their insurance needs. We provide a steady flow of leads, a supportive team environment, and significant opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, renters, commercial, and other insurance products
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
• Conduct phone and in-person consultations
• Cross-sell existing customers to increase coverage and retention
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
