Global Filtration Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead national growth across aerospace, defense, FAA-PMA, MRO, industrial filtration, distributors, and strategic accounts.
This is a senior sales leadership role for a proven B2B sales executive who can build structure, enforce accountability, manage CRM discipline, coach a sales team, develop new accounts, and assist with major customer opportunities.
The ideal candidate has experience in aerospace, aviation aftermarket, FAA-PMA, defense, MRO, industrial filtration, engineered products, or technical manufacturing sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all revenue-generating sales activity.
- Build a disciplined sales department with call, quote, meeting, pipeline, and revenue accountability.
- Manage CRM, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quote follow-up.
- Develop aerospace, defense, government, MRO, industrial, distributor, and strategic accounts.
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold sales staff accountable.
- Report sales results directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications / Preferred Background
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Technical, aerospace, defense, industrial, or manufacturing sales background preferred.
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline-management capability.
