Oasis Mobile is a Virginia-based company providing deployable, vehicle-based mobile solutions for situations where traditional infrastructure is unavailable, limited, or impractical. Our units support field operations such as emergency response, public safety, government operations, events, construction, utilities, and commercial field environments.

Oasis Mobile is seeking a National Sales Manager to help build and manage sales opportunities across the United States.

This role is for an experienced sales professional who can identify qualified prospects, open doors, build relationships, and develop a national sales pipeline. The position will work directly with company leadership and will involve outreach to government, commercial, institutional, and industry-specific customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage a national sales pipeline for Oasis Mobile’s vehicle-based solutions

• Identify and pursue qualified commercial, government, and institutional customers

• Build relationships with federal, state, local, and municipal agencies, emergency-management organizations, event operators, contractors, utilities, and private-sector customers

• Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate Oasis Mobile solution

• Support sales efforts for mobile field-support units, mobile command-style units, and related deployable platforms

• Research and pursue opportunities involving long-term leases, rentals, purchases, demonstrations, and longer-term customer relationships

• Support early-stage government contracting and procurement opportunities

• Communicate clearly with leadership regarding active leads, customer feedback, opportunity status, pricing considerations, and market demand

• Represent Oasis Mobile in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business-development settings

• Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity

Required experience:

• Sales, business development, or account-management experience

• Experience selling to government, institutional, commercial, or nationwide customer accounts

• Experience with longer sales cycles and relationship-based sales

• Ability to identify real opportunities and separate qualified prospects from poor-fit leads

• Ability to work independently and report sales activity clearly to leadership

• Comfortable speaking with executives, government buyers, procurement contacts, contractors, and operational decision-makers

• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events

Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:

• Government contracting or public-sector sales

• Specialty truck, fleet, trailer, or commercial vehicle sales

• Emergency response, disaster relief, public safety, or homeland security markets

• Construction, infrastructure, utility, or field-support services

• RV, mobile office, mobile command, or specialty vehicle industries

• Equipment rental, leasing, or fleet-based service models

• Trade show, event, or municipal sales environments

The right candidate should be comfortable helping build a market from the ground up. This role requires someone who can explain a newer category of mobile solution, develop customer interest, and build relationships across government, emergency response, events, construction, utilities, and commercial field operations.

Compensation will be based on experience and final structure approved by company leadership. Compensation may include base salary plus commission or performance-based incentives. Final compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates.

Oasis Mobile is based in Virginia. The role may involve remote work, regional travel, national travel, and in-person meetings as needed.
