Full description of the position

We are a rapidly growing auto hail repair company specializing in quality Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). We help vehicle owners restore their cars to factory condition without out-of-pocket costs using our streamlined insurance claims process. Due to the unpredictability of storm seasons, we are expanding our traveling teams to severely hail-affected areas across the country.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, highly driven "rockstars and hustlers" to join our traveling sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will travel directly to fresh storm-activity areas to locate hail damaged vehicles, educate owners on the PDR process, and assist them in filing and completing their insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Canvass storm-damaged neighborhoods, identify hail-damaged autos, and generate leads face-to-face.
• Customer Education: Explain how PDR restores vehicles after hail damage without compromising the factory finish.
• Claims Assistance: Guide customers step-by-step through the insurance claims and repair process.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into booked repairs and coordinate with internal repair teams.
• Travel Mobility: Be ready to pack up and travel with the team to different local or regional state areas as fresh storms hit.

What We Provide

• High-Earning Potential: Huge commissions with an average earning potential of $100k - $250k+ per year. We are centrally located in the are where the storm damage occurred. Hail car tickets in the are are 8-10K. Average sales per car are 1k per vehicle!

• Hands-on Training: Comprehensive mentorship and training provided. No prior PDR experience is necessary! We have are own fleet of loaner cars for customers and a sales assistant to deliver them to the customer.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
• A "hunter" mentalityyou are comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
• A reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel for work.
• Past experience in storm damage (roofing/auto), door-to-door sales, or car sales is highly beneficial, but we will train the right, motivated individuals.
