Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for storm damage
• Meet with homeowners
• Work company-provided leads
• Generate additional opportunities when needed
• Educate homeowners throughout the restoration process
• Build customer relationships
• Close sales
• Manage projects through completion

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Sales experience preferred
• Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience preferred but can train!
• Ability to work flexible hours during storm events
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
