Full description of the position

What You Will Do


Run property inspections and assessments on assigned leads. Present proposals and close jobs. Follow up with prospects using our proven sequence. Keep all leads and job statuses updated in our CRM daily. Attend weekly training calls and complete onboarding modules. Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and property managers in your market.


What We Are Looking For


Someone coachable, hungry, and professional. Sales experience is a bonus but not required - we will train the right person. What we cannot train is drive, speed, and integrity. You show up, you follow the process, you close.
