Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to identify companies exhibiting at trade shows and connect them with Purple Exhibits' services.

This role focuses on prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, lead qualification, and appointment setting. If you enjoy building relationships, opening doors, and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect exhibitors attending trade shows, conventions, conferences, and expos throughout North America.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers including Marketing Directors, Event Managers, Brand Managers, and Business Owners.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Research upcoming trade shows and exhibitor lists.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or telemarketing preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Trade show, event, marketing, or advertising industry experience is a plus.
