CERAMIC & QUARRY TILE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• This position include a commission based on sales and on collections of those sales.
• Experience in the Flooring Industry preferred.
• Travels within assigned territory and as needed to take care of customers needs and to attend trade shows.
• Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Able to prepare proposals and presentations for customers or executives.
• Schedules and assists product presentations at the distributors and at company facilities.
• Visits clients and job sites as needed and writes reports as appropriate.
• Oversees complaints and claim resolutions within framework of established policies.
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
• Meets with clients, negotiating and closing deals.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Updates customers with literature, color charts and sales aids.
