Primary Duties

• Qualify leads through making outbound calls to prospects
• Follow up consistently through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Schedule meetings for prospects and the sales manager
• Build strong relationships through clear, professional communication
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and pain points
• Track activity, updates, and next steps in the CRM
• Stay organized and manage multiple conversations at different stages
• Think creatively to solve problems, overcome objections, and find the best path forward
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous sales, customer service, or business development experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing field
• Confidence making phone calls and starting conversations
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and follow-up skills
• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
• Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work
• Ability to stay organized and manage a pipeline
• Comfortable using a CRM, email, and basic technology tools
• A coachable attitude and willingness to improve
