What you'll be doing:

• Work one-on-one with customers to assess their needs
• Guide customers through a structured, consultative sales process
• Educate customers on how foot health impacts overall alignment and comfort
• Deliver a high-level, professional, and caring experience
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals

This is not a transactional retail role. We are looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of consultative or performance-driven sales experience
• A proven ability to close sales and succeed in a commission-based environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached
• A professional appearance and demeanor
