Business Development Representative - REMOTE

Full-Time • 100% Remote • Base + Commission + Bonus

You know the type — walks into a room and just connects with people. Conversations come naturally, energy is contagious, and somehow you always know how to keep things interesting. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

We're a cybersecurity company growing fast, and we're looking for our next great communicator — not our next hard-closer. You don't need to know anything about cybersecurity yet. We'll teach you the industry. What we can't teach is the ability to make someone's day with a phone call.


The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you're the spark that ignites our sales pipeline. You'll be having real conversations with real decision-makers — figuring out what keeps them up at night and opening the door for our team to help. Think of yourself less as a salesperson and more as a connector.

You'll work fully remote, set your own pace, and have real earning upside through commission and bonuses on top of a solid base salary.


What You'll Do

• Start meaningful conversations through outbound calls and personalized emails — and actually enjoy them

• Qualify prospects by listening, asking great questions, and understanding their challenges

• Use HubSpot to keep your pipeline organized and your follow-ups sharp

• Partner with our senior sales team to hand off warm, well-prepped opportunities

• Learn the cybersecurity space through paid training, team collaboration, and real deal experience

• Share feedback from conversations to help sharpen our messaging and outreach strategy


What We're Looking For

• You're a natural on the phone — people pick up when you call back

• You listen first, talk second — and you're genuinely curious about people

• You bounce back fast; a tough call doesn't slow you down

• You're organized and follow through — leads don't slip through the cracks

• You have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any role where people were the job

• Cybersecurity experience? Not required. Willingness to learn? Absolutely required
