Field Sales Consultant | Property Claims & Client Services


MUST HAVE A VALID CA DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A RELIABLE CAR


A growing Southern California property claims firm is seeking a driven, emotionally intelligent Field Sales Consultant to help property owners navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives following fire, water, and major property loss events.


This is not a traditional sales role.


You will often be the first person a homeowner or business owner speaks with after experiencing a devastating loss. Success in this role requires compassion, resilience, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly while operating in high-pressure situations.


The right person is highly self-directed, comfortable working in the field, financially motivated, and energized by helping people while building a lucrative long-term career.

What Youll Do

  • Respond to inbound property loss opportunities and pursue assigned territory leads
  • Meet with homeowners and business owners on-site following fires, floods, and other major property damage events
  • Educate clients on the claims process and explain available services clearly and professionally
  • Assess opportunities, build trust, and guide clients through the engagement process
  • Maintain ongoing follow-up with prospects and referral partners
  • Track pipeline activity and client communication through CRM systems
  • Operate independently throughout your territory with strong personal accountability

Qualifications

  • Prior sales or client-facing experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation- NON NEGOTIABLE
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Southern California

Additional Pluses

  • Experience in restoration or catastrophe response
  • Existing relationships within the property or construction ecosystem
  • California Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one)

Compensation

  • Monthly base salary + expense allowance
  • Recoverable draw structure
  • Uncapped commission opportunity
  • Health insurance contribution after the eligibility period
