My name is Jayson Howard, and I'm expanding my sales team across several counties in PA. I entered the Life Insurance industry with no experience in sales or insurance, followed a structured system, and now help others do the same without cold calling or bugging their friends and family.

In our agency, we help guide brand new agents from where they are at today, and set them on a path to achieve their financial goals as soon as possible. Here's how we do that:

? (Part time agents (15-20 hours/week): $25k-$50k+ annually

? (Full time agents (35-40 hours/week): $75k-$100k+ annually
