This position involves finding, screening, and scheduling candidates for roles including appointment setters, installers, and sales representatives. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on hiring platforms and social media
• Review applications and contact candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Follow up with applicants
• Help onboard new hires
• Maintain communication with management regarding hiring needs
