Description:

We are a growing residential remodeling and exterior services company focused on delivering high-quality roofing, siding, and home improvement solutions. We pride ourselves on a strong customer experience, a performance-driven culture, and building teams that win we are continuing to scale and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive growth.

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role. You will be coaching reps, driving production, and building a high-performing team.

You will play a critical role in executing sales strategy, improving close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first interaction through project handoff.

You will report to the Topsham, Maine office.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and hold sales reps accountable to performance
• Drive revenue, close rates, and pipeline activity
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
• Track KPIs and manage performance through CRM
• Partner with operations to ensure a strong customer experience
• Ability to align sales and operations to drive overall business performance
• Strong process orientation with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and execution
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in leadership
• Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue
• Experience in roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000$180,000+ (Salary + commissions + bonus structure)
