Inbound Sales Representative
Hourly + Commission | Full-Time
Overview
Join our growing team as an Inbound Sales Representative, where strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset help homeowners find the right home warranty coverage.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and chats from prospective customers who are already interested in learning more about home warranty solutions. You’ll guide conversations, identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and help convert inquiries into satisfied customers. While this role is primarily focused on home warranty sales, team members may also support additional programs and service offerings as business needs evolve.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both hourly pay and commission potential.
Along with hourly pay, this position offers commission incentives of $20–$25 per conversion.
Schedule:
Shifts fall between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Employees will work a consistent assigned shift within these hours.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and chats from prospective homeowners
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate home warranty coverage
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and confident manner
- Convert qualified leads into sales while creating a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions and follow-ups within our insuretech platform
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on coverage options
- Meet individual sales goals while contributing to team success
- Assist with additional programs and initiatives as needed, helping support various customer-facing services across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Prior experience in customer-facing sales roles such as B2C, inbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling sales conversations and overcoming objections
- Confident navigating computer systems and learning new technology quickly
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
