About the Role

As a Sales Account Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking access to a variety of assistance programs. You'll guide individuals through the qualification process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail — ensuring every client feels supported and informed from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients via phone, online platforms, and/or in-person meetings to assess their needs and match them with appropriate programs.
• Walk clients through program eligibility requirements and qualification steps in a clear, supportive manner.
• Accurately collect, enter, and verify client information in accordance with program guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating patience, active listening, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus — but not required. We provide full training for the right candidate!
