Plastic Bottle Corporation is seeking an Entry?Level B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in sales. No packaging experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support.

This role offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business?to?business sales while developing long?term customer relationships in a stable manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

• Learn and manage the sales process within an assigned territory
• Assist with developing new business and supporting existing accounts
• Communicate with customers to understand product needs
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity and progress using a CRM system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Comfortable learning technical products and sales processes
• Must live within 30 miles of Libertyville, IL, in office position
