The Phoenix Insurance is an Independent Property & Casualty Insurance Agency, who advises clients and works with top-rated insurance carriers to find options for complex risks. As one of the largest Specialty Insurance Agencies in the US, we are known for our integrity and keen problem-solving ability.

We are a high volume, fast-paced insurance office that is looking for a results-driven New Business Advisor (Personal Lines). This role requires a dynamic individual to generate new business revenue by prospecting new clients, analyzing carrier options, and providing custom solutions tailored to each client’s insurance needs.

New Business Advisor Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions across multiple carriers
• Proactively identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through active prospecting and pipeline management
• Build long-term client relationships through high-touch service, strategic follow-up, and ongoing account management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Obtain Property and Casualty license within 60 days of start date.
• 2 to 3 years of proven sales success (no prior insurance experience necessary)
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a performance-driven setting
• Highly self-motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately review policies and ensure compliance with established processes
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client needs
• Client-first approach with excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering value and building trust
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as Adobe Reader or Acrobat
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new web-based systems
