Infinity Water Solutions LLC is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a field sales crew.

We are a fast-growing company specializing in residential water filtration systems, and we are looking for a motivated leader to help build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team in the field.

This is a leadership sales position, not a desk job.

What Youll Do:

• Lead a team of sales representatives in assigned neighborhoods
• Train and motivate team members in the field
• Run daily sales routes and organize territory coverage
• Help team members close sales with homeowners
• Ensure performance goals and daily targets are met
• Recruit and build your own crew (optional but encouraged)

Compensation:

• Commission-based leadership role
• Average managers earn $4,000$10,000+ per month
• Team override bonuses (earn from team performance)
• Weekly pay
• Performance bonuses available
