What Youll Be Doing

• Run 23 pre-qualified, in-home appointments per day
• Conduct professional consultations with homeowners
• Present roofing solutions and guide customers through the process
• Close deals in a one-call close environment when possible
• Follow up and manage your pipeline to maximize conversions
• Generate referrals and additional opportunities

• Proven closer with experience in in-home or high-ticket sales
• (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, bath remodel, automotive, etc.)
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable managing a full schedule of appointments
• Valid drivers license
