Big Tex Tractor Co. is one of the largest-volume dealers in Texas and the United States of LS, Bad Boy and Yanmar brand tractors, Bad Boy and Gravely zero turn mowers and Segway UTV's. We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated Sales Associate specializing in Tractors, Zero Turn Mowers, UTV's, and related equipment to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind maintaining and increasing our retail sales volume, expanding our customer base, showcasing our products through hands-on demonstrations, and providing exceptional service that builds lasting relationships. Your experience with machinery and equipment, combined with your sales expertise, will help us achieve our growth objectives and deliver outstanding value to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a product-focused environment while contributing to the success of a leading equipment provider. This is a commission-based position and, as such, we are looking for someone with at least five years of proven sales experience in this industry along with a track record of earning commissions of at least $75k+ annually on a consistent basis.
