What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Sales Associate

As a key member of our sales team, your primary role will be to assist customers through the exciting process of purchasing a vehicle. This involves:

• Greeting customers on the lot and guiding them through the selection process.
• Listening intently to customers' needs and preferences to match them with the perfect vehicle.
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Clearly and accurately explaining vehicle features, benefits, and warranties.
• Working closely with Sales Managers to structure deals and overcome objections.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

.Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement, consulting with buyers to understand their needs and wants throughout the purchasing process.
• Serve as the product expert, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technology.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and complete all necessary documentation to ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Develop strong sales techniques, including the ability to overcome objections and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
• Follow up with customers both before and after the sale to maximize referrals and enhance the sales network.
• Work directly with both employees and customers to enhance the overall sales process.

Previous sales experience; dealership experience is a plus.

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

Computer proficient with CRM portals

Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday

Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing

Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
